Associated Office
Directs the People function and people activity for the TCC companies in Europe, including Logistics, Living and Office sectors across the UK, Germany, Spain and France. Supported population includes Telford Living.
She is responsible for supporting senior managers with talent and leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and organisation design, as well as building capability to support the attraction, retention, and development of employees. Oversight and management of complex employee relations is also in her remit as is contract and policy development, people process implementation and operational HR activities.
Susan became acquainted with CBRE in 2018 working with both Advisory and GWS businesses as an HR Consultant, moving to support the Telford Homes integration in 2019 and throughout 2020. In 2021 Susan became the People Director for Telford Living, quickly accepting an expanded remit to support TCC Europe.
