Telford Homes was founded in 2000 as a vertically integrated developer and contractor. The firm completed £3.25 billion in projects over its first two decades, leading the industry in site selection, sustainability, and building quality developments that have provided homes for thousands of happy residents. Telford Homes received the NextGeneration Award for Most Sustainable UK Homebuilder for four consecutive years as well as the RoSPA Gold Award for Health & Safety for 15 consecutive years.

In October 2019, Telford Homes was acquired by TCC, the wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune 500 company CBRE Group, Inc. This enabled Telford to leverage the breadth and depth of both TCC and CBRE while maintaining its highly regarded reputation, and exceptional project execution and delivery. To address changing market dynamics, in 2024, Telford Living was created to solely focus on development. The skilled, nimble team partners with industry-leading general contractors to build best-in-class homes across living tenures, including BTR, PBSA, Co-Living and Open-Market sale assets.
