Liam Foweather is General Counsel for Telford Living. In this role, Liam oversees all legal matters including transaction management, litigation, compliance, and incident management. Liam advises Telford and TCC senior management on strategic legal matters, reviews term sheets and collaborates with international colleagues within the global CBRE organization.

As a member the Telford Senior Leadership Team, Liam has a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for complex and high-value transactions, including corporate M&A, joint ventures, financing and real estate acquisitions, disposals, and development. He has also handled various non-transactional business matters such as litigation, commercial contracts, GDPR and privacy, health and safety and building safety.

Liam has over 20 years of experience spanning various product types including office, retail, logistics, mixed-use, retail and residential developments.

Liam has worked on multiple high profile development projects during his career including Balfron Tower for Telford Living, a refurbishment of a listed building originally designed by Erno Goldfinger, London City Island (1,700 residential units) and Embassy Gardens (1,400 residential units and an office) in London for Ballymore, Paradise Birmingham for Hermes/MEPC (large office led development of 1.74 million square feet office space and 120,000 square feet of retail), Midlands Logistics Park in Corby (2.5 million square feet of industrial space) for Mulberry Developments, a 900,000 square feet distribution centre in Reading for Tesco, and a significant shopping centre extension for Hammerson known as Highcross, Leicester.
