Associated Office
Lee Dyball serves as Development Manager for Telford Living within the firm’s London office. With over 15 years of UK industry experience, he manages the building design and construction related activities for the firm’s development projects.
Lee joined Telford in 2018 and has been involved in the delivery of residential schemes in London across their full lifecycle, from concept and planning through to execution handover and management. He previously served as a Technical Manager on live construction projects for Telford Homes, and as an associate for various architects in London.
Along with his experience in the living sector he has experience in commercial renovations, retail, and education projects for both private and institutional partners. Lee is responsible for managing the entire development process including assisting with conceptual planning, programming, scheduling, design, construction, and comprehensive reporting of the same.
