Josh is a Senior Associate with the Telford Living team, based in London. He works across the firm’s residential pipeline, from appraising land pursuits and securing new opportunities to investment managing sites under construction and operational assets.
Josh co-leads the underwriting and financial modelling function across the Telford Living business. He also oversees operator management across TCC's operational UK residential portfolio and works with a variety of stakeholders to manage reporting and controls across our joint venture partnerships.
Prior to Telford Living, Josh worked as an Analyst at private equity operating partner Pitmore, with a focus on single family development and investment.
