Associated Office
David Neuman has served as President of Trammell Crow Company Europe since 2022. In this role, David has direct oversight of the firm’s European development business, which includes a wide range of project lines, including office, logistics and built-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and mixed-use projects that are developed under the firm’s Telford Living brand. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and is based in London.
Prior to this role, David was a Managing Director in the firm’s Washington D.C. office. He was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and management of new developments and acquisitions through all phases of the development process including feasibility, concept planning, entitlement, design, financing, construction, leasing, and monetization.
Since 2006, David has developed 8.8 million square feet of office, healthcare, multifamily, and industrial real estate in the Washington, D.C. metro area representing more than $1.5 billion in combined development costs. He has over 20 years of business experience with a focus on assessing and solving complex economic and financial issues. David has particular expertise in the financial engineering, capital structuring and feasibility analysis of complicated transactions.
