Based in Leeds, Dan oversees Telford Living’s origination efforts for new living opportunities with a particular focus on the regional markets. Using extensive knowledge of the UK build-to-rent sector he leads our negotiation, due diligence and investment strategies for these opportunities to ensure Telford Living delivers top performing assets to its partners.
Prior to joining Telford Living, Dan was a founding member of Cortland’s UK team and helped deliver c. £750m of multi-family assets to their portfolio. As a veteran with over 22 years of military experience he has served globally across a wide range of tasks in the defense sector and so brings a wealth of additional skills to the investment team.
