Craig Flanders leads Asset Management at Telford Living, with a specific focus on the Chrisp Street Market commercial spaces and general input across the wider company portfolio. With nearly 15 years of experience in managing mixed-use assets, Craig brings deep expertise in curating vibrant commercial environments that support both independent businesses and global retail brands.
Craig began his career at Network Rail in 2012, progressing from graduate surveyor to portfolio manager overseeing key London estates including Wandsworth, City, and Islington. In 2015, he joined Landsec, where he worked on urban regeneration projects such as W12 Shepherds Bush, Lewisham, and the O2 Centre. He later spent eight years managing two of the UK’s premier retail destinations, Bluewater and Gunwharf Quays, developing a strong track record in driving asset performance and tenant engagement.
