Alex leads the day-to-day operations of the business and is responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand TL's development business across the UK Living sectors.
Prior to joining Telford Living in February 2024, Alex was Head of BTR Development & Investment at Unite Students. Before that, Alex was Development Director at Unite Students and responsible for the sourcing and delivery of new PBSA developments across all phases of the development process.
Since 2009, Alex has been involved in the development and acquisition of £4bn plus of UK PBSA & BTR. He has over 15 years of PBSA and BTR expertise with a focus on acquisition and delivery across the UK living sectors.
