Alex Blackmore is a Senior Development Manager for Telford Living and has over 13 years’ experience working across all development stages specialising in the living & commercial sectors.
In his role, Alex contributes to all aspects of project execution, and is responsible for leading and overseeing the development of complex mixed use and residential led schemes with a focus on delivering long term value to our partners. This includes working across all fascia’s, namely, land due diligence, feasibility development, planning, procurement, construction and leasing.
Alex actively participates and contributes to a number of industry working groups to help shape future regulation & policy whilst ensuring Telford Living remains at the forefront of innovation and change. Most notably this includes leading on our implementation and navigation of the Building Safety Act ensuring we are vertically integrated across all development fasciae and work stages.
Prior to joining Telford Living, Alex worked for several of the UK’s leading architectural practices. During this time, Alex worked on several award-winning, large, mixed use regeneration schemes for leading PLC developers, public sector bodies and private institutional partners.
