Overview

The Perfume Factory scheme will see the former Elizabeth Arden factory site transformed into a new residential led mixed-use redevelopment, delivering 374 new homes (40% affordable), 1,403 sqm of commercial floorspace, rooftop amenity space and public realm improvements.

The scheme sits within the heart of North Acton, which is currently undergoing a rapid transformation as part of one of London's largest and most important regeneration areas with significant residential development alongside major transport improvements. It will deliver a diverse range of benefits for the local area and its communities, providing new homes and supporting local placemaking aspirations.

Due to complete at the end of 2024, the Build to Rent element of the scheme will be delivered and operated by Realstar under their 'UNCLE' brand. The affordable housing was completed and handed over to our long term partners Notting Hill Genesis, and is almost fully occupied by new residents.
