Overview

Located in a prominent position adjacent to Stratford International station, Telford Living has completed the redevelopment of the 1.1 acres site which was formerly a bus layover and taxi rank. Comprising two towers, the development provides 380 units, 133 of which are affordable.

Telford entered into a forward-funding agreement with Legal & General in 2021 adopting a financially innovative structure allowing both parties to share in the value creation of the trophy asset. As part of the transaction, Legal & General Affordable Homes will acquire the 79 LAR (London Affordable Rent) units.

Construction commenced in 2021 and was completed in 2025, welcoming first occupants in 2026.
