Overview

Located in a prominent position adjacent to Stratford International station, Telford Living are currently undertaking the redevelopment of the 1.1 acres site which was formly a bus layover and taxi rank. Comprising two towers, the development will provide 380 units once complete, 133 of which are affordable.

Telford entered into a forward-funding agreement with Legal & General in 2021 adopting a financially innovative structure allowing both parties to share in the value creation of the trophy asset. As part of the transaction, Legal & General Affordable Homes will acquire the 79 LAR (London Affordable Rent) units.

Construction commenced in 2021 and is schedule to complete in 2025, welcoming first occupants in 2026.
