Overview
The second phase of the Gallions Quarter redevelopment, which forms part of the wider Royal Albert Wharf masterplan, recently reached practical completion in Q2 2024. The scheme provided 267 apartments across two blocks alongside 614 sqm of play space and landscaped gardens.
Located adjacent to Gallions Reach DLR station, Phase 2 follows the successful delivery of Phase 1, which comprised 292 apartments and 2,641 sqm of commercial space. Both phases have been delivered in a Joint Venture between Telford Living and Notting Hill Genesis in partnership with the GLA. Telford partnered with EQT and Sigma Capital on the delivery of the 132 BTR units in Phase 2, which they now own and manage under their Simple Life rental brand. Notting Hill Genesis have taken occupation of the affordable units.
