Telford Living Appoints Craig Flanders as Director of Asset Management

Telford Living, one of the UK’s leading living sector specialists and the European residential development arm of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has appointed Craig Flanders as Director of Asset Management to lead the company’s commercial and operational asset management strategy across its growing portfolio.

Craig joins Telford Living with nearly 15 years of experience managing mixed-use and retail assets, bringing deep expertise in curating vibrant commercial environments that support both independent businesses and global retail brands. At Telford Living, he will lead asset management with a specific focus on the Chrisp Street Market regeneration, alongside strategic input across the company’s wider mixed-use schemes.

Before joining Telford Living, Craig held senior roles at Landsec and Network Rail, where he managed some of the UK’s premier retail destinations, Bluewater and Gunwharf Quays, as well as key London portfolios and regeneration projects including W12 Shepherd’s Bush and Lewisham Shopping Centre. A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and graduate of the University of Reading (BSc Real Estate), he brings a strong track record of driving asset performance and tenant engagement.
